  Steven SchultzPrincipal |
Steven M. Schultz co-founded The Schultz Organization in 1990 after having worked for K. Hovnanian Companies, a national residential/commercial developer from 1987-1990. From 1994 to 1999, Steven headed the Property Management Division of the company, which grew substantially during his tenure and now serves the real estate needs of local and national owners and investors, including John Hancock, Archon Group, CS First Boston, The Townsend Group, Houlihan Parnes, Wellsford Commercial Property Trust, and Whitehall Industrial Properties. Leveraging the relationships he has developed over the years, Steven is now directing his efforts toward overall business development in brokerage services, management services and investment sales. Steven's achievements throughout his career have been in leasing, managing and selling over 5 million square feet of office, industrial and retail product. Steven is a member of BOMA, NAIOP, and ICSC. He sits on the Board of Monmouth Jewish Federation. He is also Co-Chairing the Tee Off For Kids Golf Charity Outing and the 2002 NAIOP Annual Golf Event.
