As Chief Financial Officer, Samuel J. Giordano manages the financial, accounting and administrative matters for The Schultz Organization. He possesses twenty years of diversified experience in the areas of financial statement preparation, property accounting, financial analysis, risk management and cash management. Prior to joining The Schultz Organization, Sam was responsible for the financial services of Sylvan Lawrence, one of Manhattan's largest privately held full service real estate organizations. Earlier in his career, he was employed as a financial executive for a large publicly held engineering and construction firm with substantial investments in commercial and industrial real estate. In these prior positions, Sam consistently improved operating efficiency and obtained results. To compliment his B.B.A in Accounting, Sam has completed numerous courses and professional seminars encompassing real estate investment and analysis, management information systems, and financial accounting standards. |
