Jonathan B. Schultz co-founded The Schultz Organization in 1990, with the goal of filling an under-served niche in the commercial real estate services market by creating an organization that could react nimbly to opportunities in the marketplace while delivering to clients a comprehensive and integrated scope of services often found only at national firms.
Jonathan oversees all operations of The Schultz Organization, which has grown to over
70 professionals in the following disciplines: Office, Industrial, and Retail leasing, Investment Sales, Property Management, Asset Management and Advisory Services, Construction and Development Services, Tenant Representation, Facilities Management, and Financial Reporting.
Jonathan's achievements throughout his professional career include investment sales totaling over
$1.1 billion and leasing of over 3.72 million square feet of commercial space throughout New Jersey.

A graduate of Syracuse University, Jonathan earned a degree in finance and economics. He is a member of NAIOP, BOMA,
YPO, ICSC, and is
Co-Chairman of the New York Chapter of the Real Estate Cyber
Society. Jon has been appointed to
serve as Co-Chairman of the Operations Committee of the ICSC
for New York and New Jersey. In June 2003, Harvey and
Jonathan Schultz were honored as recipients of the
father-son team Humanitarian Award by Memorial
Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center.
