TRANSITION SERVICES The Transition Phase of any assignment is one of the key elements in ensuring the continued and ongoing success of an individual property or portfolio. At the start of an assignment, an assessment of all of the variables currently in place at the property or portfolio is performed. This enables us to develop and organize specific services geared to achieve an optimum result for the client. Transition Services include project organization, assembly and introduction of the project team, project assessment, goal development, development of the transition plan, and ongoing asset management.
