The Schultz Organization is one of the largest independent full service commercial real estate firms in the tri state area. We are currently expanding to meet the tremendous growth in our construction department. To meet this demand, we are currently looking for a bright, organized, energetic and team-oriented Administrative Assistant. The ideal candidate for this position would have a combination of the following skills, experiences and requirements.

Requirements:
Proficiency in Windows 95/MS Office applications
Excellent Organizational Skills
Excellent Communication Skills
Ability to Work in Fast Pasted Environment
Ability to Handle Multiple Tasks
Construction or Real Estate Experience Preferred but not Required

Duties will include:
Assist Vice President of Construction with all facets of Construction Department
Preparation of Construction Contracts/Bids
Preparation of Construction Department Correspondence
Assist in the Scheduling of Vendor/Tenant Construction
Ensure Proper Vendor Contracts are in Place Prior to Construction Commencement
Assist in the Preparation of Vendor Payments
File and Copy as required
