The Schultz Organization is seeking a highly motivated individual to assist senior management with valuation of acquisition opportunities, investment sales, asset management (asset level and portfolio level), structured finance, and special projects.

The ideal candidate will be a college graduate (MBA a plus) with one to three years experience in real estate finance, commercial banking, investment banking or commercial real estate appraisal.

Experience in financial modeling using MS Excel is required. ARGUS experience is a plus. Competitive compensation package.
